随着国家对创新创业教育事业的推动，高等院校对创新创业教育的投入越来越多，为了更好地对创新创业教育进行管理，绩效评价制度的建立刻不容缓，但是目前国内对创新创业教育绩效的评价指标并未达成一致。影响创新创业教育的诸多要素是如何对创新创业教育绩效造成影响，如何建立创新创业教育绩效评价体系，是该文探究的主要问题。在对全国各省份共596所高等院校的创新创业教育绩效及其影响因素进行问卷调研之后，对所得数据进行多元回归分析。从数据分析来看创新创业教育绩效主要受到创新创业的保障机制、组织领导、课程体系、教学管理和师资建设等因素的影响，在此基础上，讨论这五个维度与创新创业教育绩效的多元线性相关，进一步探讨如何以创新创业教育绩效评价机制来助力创新创业教育的开展。

| 英文摘要 |
With the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education by the state, colleges and universities are investing more and more in innovation and entrepreneurship education. In order to better manage innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is urgent to establish a performance evaluation system. However, there is no consensus on the performance evaluation index of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. How to influence the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education and how to establish the performance evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education are the main problems of this paper. After a questionnaire survey on the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education and its influencing factors of a total of 596 colleges and universities in different provinces, the data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression. From the perspective of data analysis, the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education is mainly affected by the course system, organizational leadership, teacher construction, teaching management and entrepreneurship guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship. On this basis, this paper discusses the multiple linear correlation between the five dimensions and the performance of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and further discusses how to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the performance evaluation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
