中文摘要 从深圳长周期在线教学的实践来看,组织和管理是有效开展在线教学的关键,尤其是市区校分工协同、形成联动是在线教学开展的重要因素。因此,在后疫情时期,伴随着在线教学带来的深刻影响,可探索建立一个面向未来的新型教育教学组织体系,这个体系将通过市区校三级联动的形式来构建。该文结合深圳长周期、大规模在线教学活动的实践,构建了市区校协同推进的在线教学组织体系,并介绍了市区校围绕通信平台、学习资源、学习工具、学习方式、教学组织、支持服务和多方合作七大要素分工推进的实施路径。后疫情时期,深圳将进一步推动市区校分工合作,探索线上线下结合的混合式教学模式,建立教师在线实践共同体,推动基于大数据的精准评价,打造智能化的学习空间和构建协同的应用生态系统。
英文摘要 Judging from the practice of long-term online teaching in Shenzhen, organization and management are the key to effective online teaching. Especially the coordination division of labor and linkage between municipal government, district government and school are important factors for online teaching. Therefore, in the post-epidemic period, with the profound impact brought by online teaching, we can explore the establishment of a new type of future-oriented education and teaching organization system. This system is constructed through the three-level linkage of municipal government, district government and school. This article combines the practice of Shenzhen’s long-term and large-scale online teaching activities to build an online teaching organization system for municipal government, district government and school to promote collaboratively, and introduces the implementation path of the division of labor between municipal government, district government and school around the seven elements of communication platforms, learning resources, learning tools, learning methods, teaching organizations, support services and multi-party ooperation. In the post-epidemic period, Shenzhen will further promote the division of labor and cooperation between municipal government, district government and school, explore a blended teaching model combining online and offline, establish a teachers’ online practice community, promote accurate evaluation based on big data, create an intelligent learning space and build collaborative applications ecosystem.
