中文摘要 在COVID-19肆虐的当下,大规模在线教育为维持全球教育系统稳定运行提供了解决方案。在这场前所未有的教育实践过程中,呼唤在线教育理论指导的声音愈加强烈,对以往在线教育理论观点的审视亦愈加深刻。在此次大规模在线教育实践中,涌现出了许多新的实践方案急待通过构建在线教育理论体系进行系统梳理。该文结合当下在线教育应用实际,提出建构在线教育学(教学论)的时代价值,厘清构建在线教育学的基础和具体路径,并阐明了构建在线教育学与教育技术学科发展的关系定位,力求使在线教育学能够真正关联在线教育实践,实现为全人类、全知识领域和全生命历程提供有效支撑,彰显存在价值和社会责任。
英文摘要 At present, with the prevalence of COVID-19, online education performs a unique part in the process of global online education practice, which provides special practical needs for the further comprehensive application of online education. In this unprecedented process of education practice, the voice calling for online education theory guidance is stronger and stronger, and the review of previous online education theory is also deeper. What’s more, the new problems arising from the practice of online education urgently need the systematic construction of online education theory. Based on the current application of online education, this paper puts forward the era value of online education, clarifies its basis and specific path, and illustrates the relationship orientation between building online education and the development of educational technology. The paper strives to make online education become a truly relevant practice of online educating. It can effectively support the human being, the whole knowledge field and the entire life course, highlighting the existence value and social responsibility.
