中文摘要 在加快职业教育现代化、推进新时代教育强国建设的进程中,职业院校作为职业教育的主力军,由于其自身建设方面存在诸多问题,其职业人才培养的供给还难以满足社会经济发展的迫切需求。基于价值链理论,该文将职业人才培养的过程置于社会产品的消费者与生产者共同创造价值的活动规律加以分析,首先提出职业教育人才培养价值链模型,解析思想价值和行动价值两个方面的职业人才培养供需不匹配问题,指出价值创造的认识和实践不足是其主要原因;其次阐释教育者、受教育者两种价值共创模型,探索价值链的优化整合、运行对接以及相关主体良性互动的职业教育人才培养的有效途径。职业教育既是一种培养职业人才的教育活动,也是供需双方协同、共赢的价值创造过程。在促进职业院校学生学习与成长过程中,教与学作为一个整体,共创职业教育的产品价值。职业院校可以通过价值共创过程,推动教育教学的改革创新、促进职业人才培养的高质量发展。
英文摘要 As the main force of vocational education, vocational colleges have many problems in their own construction, and the supply of professional talents is still difficult to meet the urgent needs of social and economic development, in the process of speeding up the modernization of vocational education and promoting the construction of a powerful education country in the new era. Based on the value chain theory, this paper puts the process of professional talent training into the activity law of the value creation of consumers and producers of social products. Firstly, it puts forward the value chain model of vocational education talents training, parsing the ideological value and action value link supply and demand mismatch problems, pointing out that the insufficient knowledge and practice of value creation is the main reason; Secondly, it explains the value co-creation model of educators and educatees, and explores the effective ways of optimizing and integrating the value chain, operating and connecting as well as the cultivation of vocational education talents with the benign interaction of related subjects. This paper holds that vocational education is not only an educational activity to cultivate professional talents, but also a process of value creation in which both supply and demand cooperate and achieve win-win results. In the process of promoting the learning and growth of students in vocational colleges, teaching and learning as a whole create the product value of vocational education. Vocational colleges can promote the reform and innovation of education and teaching and promote the high-quality development of vocational personnel training through the process of value co-creation.
