中文摘要 基于TALIS2013中国上海教师的调查数据,对分布式领导、教师合作、教师专业发展与教师工作满意度之间的关系进行探究。研究结果显示:分布式领导、教师合作、教师专业发展均能显著正向预测教师工作满意度;分布式领导能够分别通过教师合作、教师专业发展的部分中介作用对教师工作满意度产生影响;教师合作、教师专业发展在分布式领导与教师工作满意度之间起链式中介作用。因此建议学校改革管理体制,提升教师的决策参与民主性,以共治求善治;建立、健全教师合作的制度体系和教师培养机制,以促教师间协作共进;还应为教师提供多元化、多渠道的专业发展机会,以增进教师专业发展带动其工作满意度的提升。
英文摘要 Based on the survey data of teachers in Shanghai, China, this paper explores the relationship among distributed leadership, teacher cooperation, teacher professional development and teacher job satisfaction. The results of structural equation model show that distributed leadership, teacher cooperation and teacher professional development can significantly positively predict teacher job satisfaction; Distributed leadership can influence teachers’ job satisfaction through teacher cooperation and teacher professional development; Teacher cooperation and teacher professional development play a chain intermediary role between distributed leadership and teacher job satisfaction. Therefore, it is suggested that the school should reform the management system, enhance the democracy of teachers’ participation in decision-making, and seek good governance through co governance; we should establish ad improve the system of teacher cooperation and teacher training mechanism to promote the cooperation among teachers; We should also provide diversified and multi-channel professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their professional development and promote their job satisfaction.
