中文摘要 从本质上讲,仪式是一种时空符号化的表达,它在属性、功能、内容上具有与教育相似隶属性。如果将教育仪式纳入行为指喻的范畴,它实际上是以情感能量为单位的互动性和交易性行为的统一,教育仪式具有“互动仪式链”属性特征。基于这一特性,在教育仪式中的教师,实际上是一种具有多重性的“角色丛”,即“公共行为人”“过程把控者”“市场调节员”等。在多重角色中教师一般以实现教育仪式的顺利运行为总目标发挥不同作用、实现不同功能,比如,作为“公共行为人”具有丰富个人形象的意蕴,作为“过程把控者”具有合理运用权力的地位,而作为“市场调节员”则具有协调组织各方力量的作用。
英文摘要 Rite is a symbolic expression of time and space, which is similar to education in attribute, function and content. If educational rite is included in the category of behavioral metaphor, it is actually the unity of interactive and transactional behavior based on emotional energy. Educational rite has the attribute of “interactive ritual chains”. Based on this characteristic ,the teacher in the educational rite is actually a kind of “role cluster” with multiplicity, namely “public actor”, “process controller” and “market regulator”. In the multiple roles, teachers generally take the smooth operation of educational rite as the general goal, play different roles and realize different functions. For example, as a “public actor” has rich personal image, as a “process controller” has the status of reasonable use of power, and as a “market regulator” has the role of coordinating and organizing all forces.
