中文摘要 人工智能、大数据、AR/VR、“互联网+”等技术在教育中迅速普及,催生了智慧教育、“互联网+”教育、未来教育等,但信息化还没有真正给教育带来大规模常态化的革命。从人的培养过程动态多变性入手,分析了其他行业只要买到好产品就能够直接带来进步,而教育即使配备最好产品也不一定就能够实现革命的深层次原因。以信息化的视角,对教育问题做了合适的层级划分,对不同层级教育问题分别提出了相应的信息化途径与工作范式。在此基础上,从价值定位和取向、智能技术支持问题解决新模式、智能支撑环境、实施组织和保障体系等层面,对智慧教育内涵做了深入分析。从教育信息化由产品应用转段升级为教育创新,基于人才培养量化标准全面捕捉学校办学问题,全面运用智能技术有效支持教育活动实施,在智能生态育人环境中常态化开展智慧教育活动等方面,系统分析了智慧教育学校应具备的核心特征。
英文摘要 Artificial intelligence, big data, AR/VR, “Internet +” and other technologies are rapidly popularized in education, giving birth to wisdom education, “Internet +” education, future education, but informatization has not really brought large-scale normalization revolution to education. Starting from the dynamic variability of human training process, this paper analyzes the deepseated reasons why other industries can directly bring progress as long as they buy good products, while education, even with the best products, can not necessarily achieve revolution. From the perspective of information technology, this paper makes a proper hierarchical division of education issues, and puts forward corresponding information approaches and work paradigms for different levels of education issues. On this basis, the connotation of intelligent education is analyzed from the aspects of value orientation, new model of intelligent technology support, intelligent support environment, implementation organization and security system. From the transformation of educational informatization from product application to educational innovation, based on the quantitative standard of talent training, this paper comprehensively captures the school running problems, comprehensively uses intelligent technology to effectively support the implementation of educational activities, and systematically analyzes the core characteristics of intelligent education schools in the aspects of normalization of intelligent education activities in the intelligent ecological education environment.
