Therefore, we need to further implement the rural teacher support plan:to fully implement the rural teacher support plan, in terms of understanding, it is necessary to follow Xi Jinping’s thinking on teachers team construction in the new era, take the rural revitalization strategy as the guide, and take the development of high-quality rural education as the direction. In terms of goals, we must be committed to building a high-quality, professional and innovative team of rural teachers. In terms of measures, it is necessary to focus on the problems in the past rural teacher support policies, refine the design of rural teacher support content, support the precise implementation of the process, and support the accurate evaluation of the effect.
