中文摘要 本研究旨在探討國小教師參與加註輔導專長學分班之經驗分析。研究對象為參與加註輔導專長學分班之國小教師。為達到研究目的,本研究採用質性研究的內容分析法,在課程結束後,以焦點團體訪談蒐集資料且進行資料分析。研究結果發現國小教師參與學分班後之經驗有以下幾點:藉由課程增進自我覺察、認識自我;對個人生活與他人關係上更為柔軟與彈性;釐清輔導老師與教師之角色與立場;課程中理論與實際演練增進輔導知能;以及理解在學校系統裡如何與生態工作等等五大項。最後則根據研究結果進行討論及說明本研究之限制,並提供相關建議以供有關單位或相關人士參考。
英文摘要 This study explored the experience of elementary school teachers participating in a counseling course as a part of their professional development. The qualitative research method was used for this research, with data collected through a focus group interview with the participants at the end of the course. The results of the study demonstrated that the participants had achieved the following as a result of the counseling course: 1. enhanced self-awareness; 2. increased flexibility in their personal lives, including in relationships; 3. an improved understanding of counseling based on theory and practice; 4. a better understanding of how to cooperate and work with the school system; and 5. clarification of the role and position of the counselor and teacher. Based on the research results, this paper discusses and provides explanations of the limitations of the research and recommendations as a reference for others.
