中文摘要 作为国内较早开展课后服务的地区之一,武汉市小学生课后服务实践具有一定代表性。基于调研数据发现:(1)小学生课后服务在主体与对象、制度、内容、经费与时间、质量等方面取得显著成绩,存在教师负担增加、内容特色缺失、家校沟通较少的问题;(2)教师对小学生课后服务总体较为满意,不同性别、不同岗位和是否担任班主任的教师对课后服务满意度有所差别,小学生课后服务时间基本符合教师预期,课后服务主体、课后服务激励与教师期待仍有差距;(3)家长对小学生课后服务总体较为满意,不同性别、年龄、孩子就读不同年级段的家长对课后服务满意度略有差别,课后服务时间、课后服务经费基本符合家长预期,小学生课后服务主体与家长期待仍有差距。优化小学生课后服务实践,需多途径招募课后服务教师,健全课后服务师资长效供给机制;多渠道开发课后服务资源,健全课后服务内容特色生成机制;多主体分担课后服务责任,健全课后服务家-校-社合作机制。
英文摘要 As one of the earliest areas to carry out after-school service in China, the practice of After-school Service for Primary School Students in Wuhan is representative. Through empirical investigation, it is found that: (1) Wuhan Primary School Students’ after-school service has made remarkable achievements in subject and object, system, content, funds and time, quality management. There are some problems, such as the increase of teachers’ burden, the lack of content characteristics, and the lack of home school communication. (2) Teachers are generally satisfied with the after-school service for primary school students, and teachers with different genders, positions and whether they are head teachers have different satisfaction with the after-school service; Primary school students’ after-school service time is basically in line with teachers’. expectations, but there is still a gap between after-school service subject, after-school service incentive and teachers’. expectation. (3) Parents are generally satisfied with the after-school service of primary school students, and there are slight differences in the satisfaction of parents with different gender, age and different grades of children; after school service time and after-school service charge are basically in line with parents’. expectations, but there is still a gap between primary school students’. after-school service subject and parents’. expectations.
