中文摘要 本研究旨在探討實驗教育學校有效連結行政與教學系統之互動策略,透過立意取樣擇取曾獲校長領導獎、教學卓越金質獎的實驗學校為個案學校,訪談對象涵蓋學校校長、主任、教師、家長等;同時蒐集各類校務文件為資料來源。研究結果發現:一、形塑正向共好實驗願景之策略;二、信任支持教師專業發展之策略;三、整合深耕課程發展之策略;四、跨域融合多元文化教學之策略;五、建構確保親師生共榮之策略。
英文摘要 This study aims to explore the situation of experimental education school governance and to explore positive link between administration and teaching system in one experimental school. This study attempted to discuss practices in a experimental school managed using a semi-structured interview to collect primary data, supplemented with data analysis. The interviewees covered the principal, director, teachers, parents and school affairs documents as the source of information. Research findings indicate the following: 1. Shaping the experiment vision of positive common good. 2. Trust and supports teacher professional development. 3. Integrate and deep plowing curriculum development. 4. Unify and cross-border of multi-cultural teaching. 5. Construct and ensure common glory of parents, teachers and students.
