叶澜先生是我国当代著名的教育家，她的教育思想对当代中国的教育理论和教育实践都产生了重要影响。本文拟就叶澜关于“直面人、通过人、为了人”这一命题蕴含着的人学教育学思想做出理论阐释，并将此作为走进叶澜“生命•实践”教育学理论与实践的重要切入点，从而为全面理解叶澜人学教育学思想提供一个重要视角。

| 英文摘要 |
Ms. Ye Lan is a famous educator in contemporary China. Her educational thoughts have exerted an important influence on the educational theory and practice in contemporary China. This paper intends to make a theoretical interpretation on Ye Lan’s thought of humanistic pedagogy, which is embodied in the proposition of “facing human beings and passing human beings for human beings ”, and take this as an important entry point into Ye Lan’s pedagogical theory and practice of “life • practice ”,so as to provide an important perspective for comprehensive understanding of Ye Lan’s pedagogical thought of human beings.
