中文摘要 中国式教育哲学是指从中国儒家传统哲学视角对教育问题进行的思辨。中国传统哲学从一定意义上讲可以说是人生哲学,中国式教育哲学思辨的就是人生教育应该何所为的问题。人生教育应在“三人”教育即人格教育、人才教育和人文教育方面有所作为,因为受着何种教育,便养成何种人格,成为何种人才,便会过何种人生。作为人生教育的人格教育,修养高尚人格不仅是义务,而且是权利。作为人生教育的人才教育,不只是才能教育,更是人的教育。作为人生教育的人文教育,不仅有充沛的人文气场让人体会到“斯文在兹”,而且是智仁勇融为一体的精神教育。人格教育是做人的“内圣”教育,人才教育是做事的“外王”教育,“内圣外王”的做人做事教育是人文教育的一体两面:做人教育旨在成己的“内圣”,做事教育旨在成物的“外王”。中国式人生教育是成己成物的“仁─生”教育,把提升心灵境界和实现人的整全发展作为终极价值追求。
英文摘要 Chinese educational philosophy is to explore and analyze education issues in the point view of traditional Chinese Confucian philosophy. To some degree, traditional Chinese philosophy is life philosophy. Chinese educational philosophy is to explore and analyze issues about what life education can do. Life education ought to achieve in character education, talent education and humanistic education because what kind of education will accept, what kind of character is cultivated, what kind of talents will become, in the meantime, what kind of life will live. Character education as Chinese life education has its responsibility and right which’s to cultivate noble character. Talent education as Chinese life education’s both ability education and human being education. Humanistic education as Chinese life education is full of humanity which embodies “Here is culture” and spiritual education integrating Zhi, Ren and Yong. Character education’s that of how to be a man as “Inner Sage”, talent education’s that of how to do things as “Outer King”. It is two sides of humanistic education that of being a man and doing things as “Inner Sage and Outer King”. The education of how to be a man is how to complete oneself as “Inner Sage”, The education of how to do things is how to complete others and things as “Outer King”. Chinese life education is “Benevolence-Growing” education which is to be who you are and to serve others and society and its ultimate value pursuit is to promote the realm of the soul and to become a fully developed person.
