中文摘要 探究数字驱动的教育强国建设,既是创造性地阐释由数字化转型与教育强国所构成的中国式教育现代化,也是积极应答“如何兑现数字化潜力”这一全球性教育命题。归根究底,数字化的技术跃迁、基建条件和政策导向固然能为教育强国建设提供高质量的外部机遇,但教育强国建设在数字化映照的实践瓶颈、理论盲区和治理风险也意味着不容回避的内在挑战。为此,数字驱动的教育强国建设有必要推进主动超前布局的数字制度建设、有力应对变局的数字人才培养和奋力开拓新局的数字范式构建。如此一来,数字驱动的教育强国建设既能充分汲取数字化的外在供给,也能恰当回应教育强国建设的内生需求,进而开辟出一条质量更高、贡献更多、影响更大的中国式教育现代化道路。
英文摘要 Exploring the construction of a digital driven education power is not only a creative interpretation of the modernization of Chinese style education composed of digital transformation and education power, but also a positive response to the global education proposition of “how to realize digital potential”. At the end of the day, the technological leap, infrastructure conditions, and policy orientation of digitalization can certainly provide high-quality external opportunities for the construction of an education powerhouse. However, the practical bottleneck, theoretical blind spots, and governance risks of digitalization in the construction of an education powerhouse also mean unavoidable internal challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the construction of a digital driven education power by actively advancing the layout of digital systems, cultivating digital talents to effectively respond to changes, and vigorously exploring new digital paradigms. In this way, the digital driven construction of an education powerhouse can not only fully absorb the external supply of digitalization, but also appropriately respond to the internal needs of the construction of an education powerhouse, thereby opening up a higher quality, more contribution, and greater impact Chinese style education modernization path.
