中文摘要 当下,由于社会对教育和技术的片面认知,“双师型”教师在专业身份建构过程中面临着缺乏“自在”体认、弱化“置换”能力和忽视“人文”禀赋的实然窘境。技术哲学是解蔽“双师型”教师专业属性及独立身份的上层理论基础。从技术哲学视角来看,“双师型”教师获得的社会声望或所处的特殊位置,必然建立在一定的技术活动及教育过程基础之上,并因其所占有的社会资源和具备的职业属性表现出“教育性”“塑造性”和“人文性”的应然性身份特征。基于对技术本质的探讨以及对“双师型”教师专业身份特征的思考,应采取内外兼修、跨界联动和意识强化等举措,将“双师型“教师打造成为“教育与教学的组织者”“理性与经验的兼备者”和“文化与生态的观照者”。
英文摘要 Nowadays, due to the one-sided recognition of education and technology in the society, the dual-qualified teachers are faced with the real dilemma of lack of “self-recognition”, weakening of “replacement” ability and neglect of “humanistic” endowment in the process of professional identity construction. Philosophy of technology is the upper theoretical basis for unmasking the professional attributes and independent identities of dual-qualified teachers. From the perspective of philosophy of technology, the social prestige or special position of dual-qualified teachers must be established on the basis of certain technical activities and educational process. And because of the social resources and professional attributes they possessed , the identity characteristics of “educative”, “constructional” and “humanistic” of the dual-qualified teachers are showed. Based on the discussion of the nature of technology and the consideration of the professional identity characteristics of the dual-qualified teachers, measures such as internal and external training, cross-border linkage and awareness enhancement should be taken to cultivate the dual-qualified teachers to “the organizer of education and teaching” “the person with both reason and experience” and “the watcher of culture and ecology”.
