英文摘要 The OECD's value orientation in its education policies is consistent with its economic belief. It has undergone a neo-liberal turn, and then evolved into a compromise and integration with European social democracy and the previously abandoned Keynesianism. In 2011, OECD established the New Approaches according to the Inclusive Liberalism. The Organization takes promoting countries to provide quality lifelong learning opportunities for all as its education policy objective; and based on the Performanceism-oriented education quality view from the perspective of tool effectiveness, it regards providing equal education opportunities for all as the cornerstone of its inclusive growth strategy, and promoting the lifelongization of educational opportunities as a remedy for the social exclusion accompanying the Liberalism. It should be noted that promoting economic growth is the primary mission entrusted to OECD by its founders, which would inevitably push its education policies to the Economism trap.
