中文摘要 法国艺术与文化教育经历了一系列的变革与发展,在2012年迈入深入推进时期。马克龙就任总统以来,法国更是将艺术与文化教育提升到一个新的战略高度,将其作为实现社会公平和社会融合的重要抓手,提出要让所有人都能接受艺术与文化教育。为此,法国不断增加财政投入,积极调整艺术与文化教育运行机制,加大对文化落后地区和弱势群体的关注力度,强化音乐教育,发挥各类文化机构和历史遗迹的作用,并将数字技术应用到艺术与文化教育的推进工作。法国艺术与文化教育逐步形成了“连续”“协同”“多学科”“公平”的显著特点,为提升法国文化软实力发挥了重要作用。
英文摘要 The art and cultural education in France has witnessed a series of great changes, and entered in a period of in-depth promotion since 2012. Since Emmanuel Macron became president, France has made art and cultural education as its focus, taken it as an important means to achieve social equity and social integration and drawn up ambitious plan for making art and culture education accessible to all. Therefore, France is increasing its financial input, constantly adjusting the operational mechanisms, paying greater attention to the remote areas and disadvantaged groups, strengthening music education, and mobilizing all sorts of resources to promote art and cultural education. Moreover, digital technology has been applied to the generalization of the art and cultural education. In the long-term development process, French art and cultural education has gradually formed the remarkable characteristics of “continuity”, “synergy”, “multi-discipline” and “equality”. It has played an important role in promoting the cultural soft power of France.
