中文摘要 全球公民教育是近年众多国际组织倡议的教育转型举措之一,也是许多国家实践教育改革的重要方向。当前世界范围内有关全球公民教育的学术研究逐渐从新自由主义和人文主义转向批判性和社会转型的取向。后殖民主义理论为反思全球公民教育话语下的争论提供了批判与反思的视角。从后殖民主义视角出发,基于全球政治共同体或全球道德所阐发的全球公民观具有排斥与固化“他者”以及与第一世界国家的文化霸权合谋的危险。后殖民主义视域下的批判性全球公民教育强调:全球公民作为学习者与批判者的双重身份;以全球差异与全球结构为核心的教育议题;注重本地与全球的合理协调。
英文摘要 Global citizenship education has become one of the most essential initiatives advocated by international organizations in recent years for social and educational transformation, and it also has been practiced in many countries as the strategy for education reform. The scholarly literature on global citizenship education encompasses a range from more neoliberalist and humanistic orientation to more critical and social-transformative frameworks. The postcolonial theory offers a lens for the reflection and analysis of the discourse of global citizenship education. From the postcolonial perspective, the views on global citizenship based on global political community or global ethics exclude and solidify "the Other" and lead to the complicity with the unjust system for maintaining the cultural hegemony by the First World. Critical global citizenship education drawing from the postcolonial perspective emphasizes students' dual identity as learners and critics, the educational issues on global differences and global structure, and the coordination between local and global content.
