中文摘要 在“互联网+教育”新生态中,从区域层次推动跨校、跨区的教师培训和专业发展,有助于提高区域教师资源的均衡发展。区域同侪研修是在数字化研修环境下,区域内不同学校(如结对学校、中心校与农村教学点)的学科教师,通过建立同侪互助研修共同体,充分发挥同侪互助共赢的优势,共同寻求教师专业发展的活动总和。该文从第三代活动理论视角,将区域同侪研修活动视作个体与共同体的交互、活动子系统之间交互的过程,构建了区域同侪研修活动系统模型框架,分析了研修主体的参与机制。接着,以“强弱帮扶”“特色互助”“强强联合”三类案例分析了区域同侪研修实践环境、实践过程及实践效果。最后,从研修模式运用、主题确定、人员搭配、研修工具等方面给出相关应用策略,以期为区域内的教师培训及跨校区教研提供借鉴与思路。
英文摘要 In the new ecology of “Internet + Education”, promoting teacher training and professional development of cross-school and cross-region from the regional level will help to improve the balanced development of regional teacher resources. Regional peer training means an activity collection that the subject teachers among schools in the same region (such as paired schools, central schools, and teaching points) have a full play of the advantage of win-win cooperation by setting up the teacher community of peer coaching, so as to seek for the professional development of teachers. In this study, regional peer training was deemed as the interaction between individuals and communities and the interaction process between activity subsystems from the perspective of third-generation activity theory. We first built the model framework of regional peer training and analyzed the participation mechanism of training objects. Then, three types of cases were used to analyze the practice environment, practice process, and practical effects of regional peer training. In the end, there are several suggestions from the selection of mode, determination of topic, personnel allocation, and tools of training in order to provide references for regional peer training and cross-school teaching and research.
