中文摘要 新技术的飞速发展与广泛应用深刻影响着职业教育人才培养。职业教育人才培养模式变革是新技术时代工作世界变化与教育世界改革的共同诉求。为探究新技术时代职业教育人才培养模式应当如何变革,该文解析了技术变革影响职业教育人才培养的逻辑路径,并在构建分析框架的基础上进行了现实分析与对策研究。研究发现,新技术不仅通过改变工作世界对职业教育人才培养模式变革提出新要求,也作为技术手段提供更多支持;但技术并非万能,职业教育人才培养必须回归教育本质。未来职业教育需要培养专业能力与通用能力兼具、能力水平更高的复合型、智能型技术技能人才,职业教育人才培养模式变革将面临人才培养目标复杂化、人才培养过程人本化、人才培养主体多元化等多种挑战。为应对挑战,应以能力分析为基础,更新人才培养目标,调整专业设置;以学生发展为中心,重塑课程结构内容,优化教学方式;以体系建设为关键,促进多方主体合作,提升教师素养。
英文摘要 The rapid development and wide application of new technologies have a profound impact on the talent training of vocational education. The transformation of talent training model of vocational education is the common demand of the change of the work world and the reform of the education world in the new technology era. In order to explore how the talent training model of vocational education should be changed in the new technology era, this paper analyzes the logical path that technological changes affect the talent training of vocational education, and conducts realistic analysis and countermeasure research on the basis of constructing an analysis framework. It is found that new technologies not only put forward new requirements for the transformation of talent training model of vocational education by changing the work world, but also provides more support as a technical means. However, technology is not a panacea, and the talent training of vocational education must return to the essence of education. In the future, vocational education needs to cultivate compound and intelligent technical or skilled talents with both professional competence and general competence at higher level. The transformation of talent training model of vocational education will face many challenges such as the complexity of talent training goals, the humanization of talent training process and the diversification of talent training providers. To cope with the challenges, we should take the competence analysis as the basis, update talent training goals and adjust specialty settings; focus on students’ development, reshape the content and structure of curriculum and optimize teaching methods; and take system construction as the key, promote multi-subject cooperation and improve teachers’ quality.
