中文摘要 虚拟班级中的知识共享是个体间、组织间互动转移、内化与创新知识的过程,它能够促进学生对知识的理解与巩固,促进知识的创新与应用。但是主体在虚拟班级知识共享过程中存在着共享意识淡薄、共享能力欠缺、共享质量低下等问题,严重影响着知识共享的实现。通过提供认知工具、建立推送机制、应用激励手段、创设多元化交互方式、共建资源等策略,可以为提升知识共享的质与量提供保障。
英文摘要 Knowledge sharing in virtual classroom is a process of knowledge transferring, internalizing and innovating between individuals and organizations, which could promote students' understanding, consolidation , innovation, and application of knowledge. However, there are some serious problems such as unawareness of sharing, lack of sharing capacity, poorness of sharing quality and so on.in the knowledge sharing in the virtual classroom. These problems impede the implementation of knowledge sharing. It could promote the quality and quantity of knowledge sharing by providing cognitive tools, building push mechanism, using incentive strategies, creating diverse interactive modes, co-building resources.
