中文摘要 目的:探討自編幼兒律動課程活動對於幼兒肢體動作發展之成效。

方法:本研究以研究者自編幼兒律動課程活動實施於幼兒園大班,研究工具以自編幼兒肢體動作發展檢核表做為評量工具。採方便取樣選取臺北市某公立幼兒園大班幼兒共計34位為正式研究對象,研究設計採單組前後測設計的方式進行。

結果:所得結果以廣義估計方程式進行分析。分析結果顯示,幼兒律動課程活動實施對於「移動性動作」進步最多的動作為「側併步」;「穩定性動作」進步最多的動作為「蹲」。

結論:本研究所設計的自編幼兒律動課程活動,能顯著提升大班「移動性動作」和「穩定性動作」,建議幼兒園進行幼兒律動課程活動時,可參考本研究成果,以及未來可做進一步更多次、多週之介入研究,應用本研究之幼兒肢體動作發展檢核表為評量成效工具。
英文摘要 Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the self-developed rhythmic movement curricular activities on the development of preschool children's body movement.

Method: This study was implemented to preschool children using the researcher's self-developed rhythmic movement curricular activities and the self-developed physical movement development checklist as the assessment tool. 34 preschool children of a public preschool in Taipei City were selected as the subjects for this study. The study applies the one-group pretest-posttest design.

Result: The results were analyzed by generalized estimating equations, showing that the movement with the most improvement in "locomotor movements" is "shuffle steps" and "squat" in "stability movements".

Conclusion: The self-developed rhythmic movement curricular activities can significantly improve the "locomotor movements" and "stability movements" of preschool children. It is recommended that preschools should refer to the results of this study when conducting rhythmic movement activities. In the future, further multiple times and multi-week intervention studies could be conducted, and the physical movement development checklist of this study can be used as an assessment tool.
