中文摘要 科技创新人才培养重心下移是各国科技创新人才培养的趋势。通过选取美国表现突出的科技特色高中作为考察对象,分析其在生源选拔、目标定位、课程建设和教学设计方面的举措,可以发现该类学校遵循严格的招生机制,秉持独特的育人目标,开发丰富的课程资源,创设一流的教学方式。美国科技高中的成功经验可为我国提供三点启示:优化课程设置,平衡共同基础与学科精进;创新教学形式,转变人才培养价值导向;贯通培养过程,助力高中-大学教育衔接。
英文摘要 The downward shift of the cultivation focus of science and technology innovation talents has been a world trend in the cultivation of science and technology innovation talents. Taking tech high schools with outstanding performance in the U.S. as representatives, this paper analyzes their measures in student source selection, target orientation, curriculum construction and teaching design. It can be found that these schools follow the strict enrollment mechanism, insist the unique educational goal, develop plenty of curriculum resources and forge first-class teaching methods. The successful experience of tech high schools in the U.S. can provide three enlightenments for China: optimizing curriculum design, balancing common foundation and profound discipline; innovating teaching model, transforming value orientation of talent cultivation; and integrating cultivation process, facilitating convergence of high school and university education.
