中文摘要 新型態校園領導生態強調學校革新必須全體教師投入,故教師領導逐漸被重視。有別於傳統以學校首長為領導中心的領導方式,教師領導強調教師專業自主,教師成員執行領導任務,領導教學或園務發展。鑒於幼兒園教師領導研究較欠缺,教師領導是否能促進工作表現亦有待檢驗;故本研究以臺南市公私立教保服務人員為對象,採用叢集隨機抽樣進行問卷調查,統計分析有效問卷347份後獲得以下結論:1.臺南市教保服務人員教師領導現況為中高程度,其中以「同事互助支持」較高;2.教師領導程度因教保服務人員之年齡、教育程度、職務、年資不同而有顯著差異;3.教師領導的三個向度:教師專業自主、同事互助支持、學校決策參與,對於工作表現具正向影響力。
英文摘要 The new style campus leadership ecology emphasizes that school innovation must be invested by all teachers; thus, the value of teacher leadership is gradually appreciated. In contrast to the traditional way centering on the principal leadership approach, teacher leadership focuses mainly on teachers' professional autonomy, conducting leadership tasks, and leadership teaching or the development of school affairs in preschool. Given the lack of research in preschool's teacher leadership, its validity and reliability still need to be evaluated and know whether it increases teachers' performances at work. Therefore, this study adopts public and private preschool educators in Tainan City as a subject, using cluster random sampling to administer a questionnaire survey. The statistic results from 347 valid questionnaires lead to the following conclusions: 1. The current level of teacher leadership of preschool educators in Tainan is high-intermediate, with the evidence of higher "colleagues mutual support" manifested; 2. The degree of teacher leadership has significant differences based on age, education level, position, and seniority, 3. With three dimensions of teacher leadership, i.e. teacher professional autonomy, colleagues mutual support, and school decision involvement, positive influences on job performance are clearly shown during the process.
