中文摘要 在全面建成小康社会进程中,我国政府高度重视生态文明建设,不断做出重大部署,面向生态文明目标的教育建构,已经成为中国教育改革的时代使命。该研究依据相关文件要求,结合首都教育发展实际,将学生生态文明素养内容确定为生态文明价值观、生态文明知识、生态文明关键能力、生态文明行为习惯四个维度。从首都功能核心区、城市功能拓展区、城市发展新区、生态涵养区四类区中选择8个区进行深入调查,了解首都中小学生生态文明素养培育现状,获得了“中小学生生态文明价值观指数非常高,尤其认同‘尊重当代人与后代人’”“中小学生生态文明知识‘高知晓率,低准确率’”等相关结论。根据调研结果,研究从教育目标、课程体系、学习方式、协同机制和发展平台五个方面提出了新时期首都生态文明教育发展建议。
英文摘要 In the process of building a well-off society, ecological civilization has been highly valued by our government. The education construction facing the goal of ecological civilization has become the era mission of China’s education reform. According to the requirements of relevant documents, combined with the development of education in Beijing, this study defines the contents of students’ ecological civilization literacy as four dimensions: ecological civilization values, ecological civilization knowledge, ecological civilization key ability and ecological civilization behavior habits. Eight districts are selected from the four categories of functional core area, urban functional development area, urban development area, and ecological conservation area for in-depth investigation to understand the current situation of the cultivation of ecological civilization literacy of primary and secondary school students in Beijing, and obtain “the ecological civilization values index is very high, especially the recognition of ‘respect for contemporary and future generations’, “ the high awareness rate of ecological civilization knowledge, but low accuracy” and other relevant conclusions. According to the research results, this study puts forward suggestions for the development of ecological civilization education in the capital in the new era from five aspects: education objectives, curriculum system, learning methods, coordination mechanism and development platform.
