中文摘要 以全日制教育硕士规模化培养背景下的教学实践能力培养政策要求与实践需求为起点,简述了我校指向卓越教师培养的教学实践能力训练课程安排以及相应的实践举措,并通过对我校2020级学科教育类教育硕士研究生的调查与访谈,梳理了全日制教育硕士教学实践能力培养面临着实践教学未能得到理论课程的有效支撑、参加教学实践的深度不够、缺乏适切的评价方式、质量标准及校内外融合的实践教学交流合作平台等问题。据此,建议通过建立分类培养视角,完善理论与实践课程设置;创新实践教学活动及评价,促进学生的深度实践;建立实践教学交流合作平台,实现校内外人员的有效联动等措施实现全日制教育硕士实践教学培养质量的有效提升。
英文摘要 Practical teaching-skill development is crucial to the quality of full-time Master of Education. This paper analyzes the policy requirements and practical needs of development of practical teaching skills under the background of large-scale enrollment of full-time Master of Education. It also briefly describes practical based teaching courses and other practical measures which are directed at training excellent teachers in our university. By surveying and interviewing with Master of Education (cohort 2020) students at our university, this paper finds several problems facing by the full time Master students. These problems include not only the disconnection between theoretical courses and teaching practice, lack of in-depth participation in the practice, and lack of appropriate evaluation methods but also lack of quality standard and integrated platform between university and schools. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the theoretical and practical curriculum by establishing a classification training perspective; innovating practical teaching activities and evaluations to promote students’ in-depth practice; establishing a practical teaching exchange and cooperation platform to achieve effective linkage between internal and external personnel and other measures to improve the quality of the full-time master education.
