中文摘要 面对突发性重大事件,每个公民都是责任主体,教师也不例外。教师这一角色在突发事件应对中实际上体现了普遍性与特殊性的统一。其特殊性表现为肩负多重责任,如在线教育教学质保责任、疫情防控教育传播责任、校社联动治理教育帮扶责任,并且呈现为多元一体交合样态。基于责任定位,教师应顺势做出角色调整与转换:一是从学校教学的被动实施者转变为学习空间的主动创建者;二是从课堂教学的管理操控者转变为学生情绪的心理疏导者;三是从教学知识的教室传播者转变为学习资源的网络开发者;四是从教学时空的单一应用者转变为教学情境的多元咨询者。有鉴于此,为保障教师的责任和角色有效转换,应加强教师的专业能力、管理能力、共情能力和咨询能力建设。
英文摘要 In the face of major and unexpected events, every citizen is the subject of responsibility, so are teachers. There- fore, teacher, s roles actually embody a unity of universality and particularity. The particularity of teacher, s role is manifested in that teachers shoulder multiple responsibilities, such as the responsibility of online education and teaching quality assurance, the responsibility of promoting education on epidemic prevention and control, the responsibility of school and society joint governance and education support, all of which are integrated in the manner of “diversity in unity”. In view of the responsibilities mentioned above, teachers should adjust and change their roles accordingly. Firstly, they should change from the passive implementer of school teaching to the active creator of learning space; secondly, from the administrator and operator of classroom teaching to the psychological counselor of students' emotions; thirdly, from the classroom disseminator of knowledge to the network developer of learning resources; fourthly, from the mere user of teaching time and space to the multi-consultant of teaching context. In order to ensure the effective transformation of teacher’s responsibilities and roles, teacher ’ s professional competence, management skills, empathy, as well as consulting skills should be strengthened.
