中文摘要 本研究旨在了解現今十二年國民基本教育在偏鄉小校課程領導實踐的情形,並以一所個案學校為例。首先,初步透過文獻分析理解實驗教育三法與偏鄉小校經營。其次,本研究個案學校乃是區域內的實驗小學,透過個案研究敘說偏鄉小校課程的現況與發展,並且從校長課程領導的實踐作為著手,分析偏鄉小校在學校課程實踐的具體作為。最後,透過相關研究資料蒐集與探討,省思偏鄉實驗教育課程領導實踐,以提供相關教育單位參考。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of 12-year Basic Education in the leadership practice of the elementary school, and take a case school as an example. First of all, through the literature analysis to understand the three laws of experimental school education and the situation of the elementary school in the remote area. Secondly, the case study school is an experimental elementary school in the remote area. Through case studies, the current situation and development of the elementary school curriculum is important. From the practice of the principal’s curriculum leadership, the specific practice of the elementary school practice in the school curriculum is analyzed. Finally, through the collection and discussion of relevant research data, the researcher would think about the leadership practice of the experimental education curriculum in the remote areas, and provide reference for relevant educational institutions.
