中文摘要 与工作世界具备动态适应关系是职业教育信息化与普通教育信息化的关键区别。人工智能正在重塑工作世界,职业教育信息化如何适应工作世界的变革,应对人工智能时代技术技能人才的培养要求,是职业教育信息化研究亟需关注的重点问题。为此,该文基于历史视角及国际案例,论证职业教育信息化的发展需要动态适应工作世界的变化。基于工作分析视角探析AI重塑工作世界,将呈现工作机器智能化、工作活动智慧化与工作关系协作化的变革特征。在此基础上进一步厘清职业教育信息化与工作世界变革特征的适应关系,即智能学习空间、混合式教学模式、在线协作学习项目,适应工作世界变革产生的人机协作技能、软技能、在线协作技能等的培养要求。遵循适应关系,应建设支持人机协作的智能学习空间;构建以人为中心、技术辅助的混合式教学模式;开展模拟真实工作的在线协作学习项目。
英文摘要 The dynamic adaptive relationship with the World of Work is the key difference between the informatization of vocational education and general education. Artificial intelligence is reshaping the World of Work. How does the informatization of vocational education adapt to the changes in the World of Work, and to meet the training requirements of technical skills talents in the era of artificial intelligence is a key issue that needs urgent attention in the research of vocational education informatization. Therefore, based on historical perspectives and international cases, this paper demonstrates that the development of vocational education informatization needs to dynamically adapt to changes in the World of Work. Based on the perspective of work analysis, AI reshapes the World of Work, and presents the transformation characteristics of intelligent work machine, wise work activity and collaborative work relationship. On this basis, this paper further clarifies the adaptive relationship between vocational education informatization and the changing of the World of Work. It refers to intelligent learning space, hybrid teaching mode and online collaborative learning project adapt to the training requirements for man-machine collaboration skills, soft skills and online collaboration skills. Following the adaptive relationship, we should construct the intelligent learning space that supports man-machine collaboration; build a humancentered, technology-assisted hybrid teaching model; and conduct an online collaborative learning project that simulates the real work.
