英文摘要 The professional development of principals is the core proposition of the construction of modern principals. In the principal’s practice of school management, the principal’s responsibility system and accountability system have successively Influenced the principal’s professional development. How to integrate the two from the perspective of the integration of science and humanities, paying attention to the professional development of the principal; that is, the principals dual responsibility system should be selected. The principal’s dual responsibility system should follow its educational mechanism, improve its structural elements for systematic construction, further clarify the theoretical and practical significance of the system, highlight the orientation, cohesiveness, motivation, brand and creativity, and radiation of the principals dual responsibility system, and guarantee the implementation of the principals dual responsibility system, to achieve the professional development of the principal and the school to achieve a win-win situation.
