乡村教育要实现现代化,乡村教师是关键,乡村教师配置政策是乡村教师的命脉所系。受城市文化或工业文明的影响,乡村教师配置政策“向城性”严重,缺乏对乡村场域的充分关照。乡村教师配置政策面临乡村教师“总量超编”与“岗位缺人”的难题、“流失严重”与“补充困难”的矛盾、“科学主义”与“人文关怀”相失衡、“有效需求”与“现实供给”相冲突等困境。通过拓展乡村教师配置政策设计的视野、提升乡村教师配置政策的精准度、实施灵活的乡村教师配置标准、建立动态的乡村教师配置机制等,可优化乡村教师配置政策,提升乡村教师配置质量。

英文摘要 |
Rural teachers are the key to realize the modernization of rural education, and rural teacher allocation policy is the lifeline of rural teachers. Due to the influence of urban culture or industrial civilization, the allocation policy of rural teachers is “city-oriented” serious and lacks sufficient attention to the rural field. Rural teacher allocation policy is faced with the problem of “total number of rural teachers” and “post shortage”, the contradiction between “serious loss” and “supplementary difficulty”, the imbalance between “scientism” and “humanistic care”, “Effective demand” and “real supply” conflict and other dilemmas. Expand the vision of view of rural teacher allocation policy design, and improve the precision of rural teacher allocation policy, implementing flexible allocation standards for urban and rural teachers and establishing flexible allocation mechanisms for rural teachers, it is the fundamental guarantee to optimize the allocation policy of rural teachers and improve the allocation quality of rural teachers.
