中文摘要 “四有好老师”是新时代我国教师队伍建设的价值导向和目标追求。通过政策文本的历时性分析,回顾我国教师素质要求的政治变迁,探查“四有好老师”标准与我国已有教师素质要求之间的关系。分析发现新中国好教师标准的变迁经历了“又红又专”、资质合格、能力胜任、素养超群四个阶段;好教师标准植根于我国社会各发展阶段的深层结构中,同时紧紧围绕职业道德和业务素质两大主线展开;教师职业道德概念逐渐涵盖政治觉悟、个人品德和教学伦理,成为对教师的全方位道德要求,同时,对教师专业知识与技能等业务素质的要求也在不断提高。因此,“四有好老师”是对我国好教师标准核心内涵的承续。我国好教师标准的践履以及相关政策发展,需要高度重视教师专业意识的提升,促进教师的道德内化和自主发展,细化教师业务素质要求,并完善教师成长的制度保障。
英文摘要 “Good teachers with four qualities” is the value orientation and goal pursuit of China’s teaching personnel construction in the new era . Through a diachronic analysis of policy texts, this paper examines the relationship between “Good Teachers with four qualities” and the existing teacher quality requirements in China and analyzes the policy changes of good teachers' standards. It is found that the change of the standards of good teachers in China has evolved through four stages: “both red and expert”, qualified, competent, and superior literacy. The standards of good teachers are rooted in the deep structure of each stage of China’s society development and developed based on two main lines include teachers’ professional ethics and professional quality. The concept of teachers' professional ethnics has gradually covered political consciousness, personal morality, and professional ethics, which has become all round moral requirements for teachers. At the same time, the requirements for teachers' professional qualities include knowledge, skills, and other qualities are constantly being required. Therefore, the practice of good teacher standards and the development of relevant policies in China need to attach great importance to the improvement of teachers’ professional awareness, promote teachers' moral internalization and self-development, specify the requirements for teachers' professional quality, and improve the policy guarantee for teachers' development.
