本研究旨在透過訪談五位未成年子女與五位成年子女，藉以分析未成年子女及成年子女子職角色實踐的意涵、轉變及壓力。本研究研究結論如下：（一）未成年子女與成年子女子職角色實踐之意涵有不同，但子職實踐仍是華人社會重要的家庭倫理；（二）促使未成年子女與成年子女子職角色實踐轉變的因素是年紀及家庭特殊事件的發生；（三）未成年子女的子職實踐壓力在遵守順從，而成年子女的子職實踐壓力是來自於多元的責任和角色衝突；依據以上結論，本研究針對政府機關、學校單位、家庭教育等方面提出相關建議。

| 英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to analyze deeply the meaning, influencing factors and pressure of underage children and adult children’s’ filial conduct. Five underage children and five adult children are interviewed voluntarily. The major findings of this study are as following: 1. That is different from the meaning of underage children and adult children’s’ filial conduct, but the filial conduct is still the important family moral that Chinese values. 2. The major influencing factors that promote underage children and adult children’s’ filial conduct are their ages, and the particular family events. 3. The pressure of underage children filial conduct is the obeying and conformity, but the pressure of adult children’ filial conduct is the diverse responsibility and role conflict. According to the major findings, some suggestions for the government, schools and family education are provided.
