中文摘要 本研究採用文獻分析之方式,主要針對國民中小學校長推動108課綱的領導取向與具體作為進行探討。藉由校長推動108課綱之領導取向的澄清,可以更聚焦於校長推動108課綱時的具體領導作為與展現,為學校校長提供面對108課綱時具體的參考策略。本研究針對108課綱的實施要點做深入的剖析,由課程、教學、評量、資源、專業發展、行政支持到家長與社區之參與等觀點,探尋校長做為領導人推動108課綱可能之應然角色與行為。再透過將校長綜理校務之職權的展現,聚焦於學校之所以存在的三項最根本理由(教學、課程及學習)之上,探究校長在教學領導、課程領導及學習領導等三種領導取向上可行之應然行為與策略。最後則針對校長推動108課綱之具體領導作為,對學校校長提出可行之策略建議。
英文摘要 The research method of this research is literature analysis, which is mainly aimed at the leadership orientation and specific behavior of the secondary and elementary school principals to promote the 108 General Guidelines. By clarifying the leadership orientation of the principal, it is more helpful to focus on the specific leadership role and presentation of the principal when promoting the 108 General Guidelines, and provide the school principal with a reference strategy in the face of the implementation of the 108 General Guidelines. First of all, this research deeply and carefully analyzes the implementation points of the 108 General Guidelines, from the perspectives of curriculum, teaching, assessment, resources, professional development, administrative support to the participation of parents and the community, to explore the possibility of the principal as a leader to promote 108 General Guidelines should be roles and behaviors. By focusing on the principals’ comprehensive management of school affairs, they focus on the three most fundamental reasons: learning, curriculum and teaching, and exploring the principal’s behaviors such as learning leadership, curriculum leadership and instructional leadership. It is hoped that the secondary and elementary school principals will find new opportunities and new prospects when promoting the 108 General Guidelines. In view of this, the research points out the specific strategy for the principal to promote the 108 General Guidelines, and proposes feasible strategies and recommendations for the school principal.
