中文摘要 有鑑於性別平等教育(簡稱性平教育)以獨立課程形式在師培課程中的開課數量偏低,本研究採行動研究的方式將性平教育融入師培「兒童發展」課程,探究融入及轉化教學的歷程以及對師資生的性別意識和性別平等教學知能之影響。研究發現兒童發展理論有關身心發展、關係與社會化等內容,可融入性別平等教育的內容進行教學轉化。轉化教學不僅對學生性別意識及性別平等教學知能有正面影響,亦可深化兒童發展專業知能的學習。
英文摘要 Gender equality curriculum is not a required subject due to the marginal position of gender issues in teacher education program. The research integrated and transformed gender education into child development curriculum through action research, and explored the influence on students’ gender awareness and professional knowledge and skills in gender education. The research found the content of physical and mental development, socialization and relationship in child development were suitable for integrating the content of gender education and developing curriculum transformation and transformative. The transformative teaching had positive influence on students’ gender awareness, knowledge and skills, and also deepened the learning in child development.
