中文摘要 教育现代化为我国学前教育发展迎来契机。然而,学前教育条件亟待改善,教育质量不高,入学机会需增加、普惠性办园需加大等问题制约着学前教育现代化的进程。为解决这些问题,该研究基于学龄人口预测,认为学前教育现代化的实现需从数量扩充到质量提升转型,从统一推进到因地制宜,从市场主导到政府主导战略转型。建议均衡教育机会;坚持监管并重,提高保教质量;合理配置学前教育资源,改善教育条件。最后研究以X市学前教育现代化研究为例,进行实证研究,从全国和地区两个层面分析学前教育现代化进程中的挑战,提出对策建议。
英文摘要 Education modernization is an opportunity for the development of preschool education in China. However, the conditions of preschool education need to be improved urgently, the quality of education is not high, the enrollment opportunities need to increase, the universal kindergarten needs to increase and other problems existed. They restrict the process of preschool education modernization. In order to solve these problems, based on the prediction of school-age population, the study holds that the realization of preschool education modernization needs to realize the strategic transformation from quantity expansion to quality improvement, from unified promotion to local measures, and from market-oriented to government-led. To recommend balanced educational opportunities; Attach equal importance to supervision and improve the quality of education protection; Rational allocation of preschool education resources to improve educational conditions. Finally, taking the study on the modernization of preschool education in X city as an example, this paper conducts an empirical study, analyzes the challenges in the modernization process of preschool education from the national and regional levels, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
