中文摘要 乡村教师的技术应用能力在很大程度上影响乡村教育信息化的发展。为了探究乡村地区教育信息化程度及乡村教师信息技术应用能力的现状,厘清影响乡村教师技术应用的因素,本研究以“乡村教师技术直通车”项目团队所接触、服务过的乡村教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查、半结构化访谈收集数据,采用扎根理论分析数据,系统地构建了一个涵盖5个维度、14个方面的乡村教师技术应用影响因素模型,并深入探讨了各个影响因素之间的关系。研究发现,影响乡村教师技术应用的因素主要包括教师特征、技术感知、物质环境、制度环境和教学环境,并指出推进乡村教育信息化进程,不仅要普及并优化教育信息化基础设备,更重要的是要关注技术对乡村教师教学效果和工作绩效提升,建立配套的教师培训、激励及评价制度,营造积极的群体学习氛围,帮助教师能够自发地学习和应用技术,使教师的信息技术应用能力得到可持续性发展。
英文摘要 Rural teachers’ ICT capability plays a vital role in the development of rural education informationization. Targeting rural teachers’ this paper explores the status of educational informatization in rural areas and rural teachers’ ICT Capability, as well as clarifies influencing factors of the rural teachers’ ICT capability. By analyzing data based on the grounded theory, the research constructs a model for influencing factors of the rural teachers’ ICT capability, comprehensively including five dimensions and 14 aspects, and deeply discusses the relationship between each influencing factor. The research finds that influencing factors mainly include five dimensions: teacher characteristics, technical perception, physical environment, institutional environment, and teaching environment. In order to promote the process of informationization in rural education, in addition to popularizing and optimizing the essential equipment of educational information, more attention should be paid to the improvement of the teaching effect and work performance of rural teachers. At the same time, we should establish a supporting system of teacher training, incentive, and evaluation, and create a positive group learning atmosphere, which allows teachers to learn and apply technology spontaneously so that their information technology application capabilities can be sustainable.
