中文摘要 學生學習成效為檢視學生在該教育階段學習成果的重要指標之一。財團法人高等教育評鑑中心基金會經由三期之研究,於2020年完成台灣學生學習成效指引之學士學位描述草案。本研究透過檢視國際上以區域性或國家資歷架構為基礎所建置之學生學習成效的指標與內涵,並使用MAXQDA質性研究分析軟體分析國內專業品質保證機構(以中華工程教育學會為例)及國內大專校院(以14校電機工程(學)系為例)與台灣學生學習成效指引描述之關聯性,以探究台灣學生學習成效指引內涵之完備性與實施可行性。研究發現,台灣學生學習成效指引與國內大專校院電機工程(學)系之核心能力描述具有高度關聯性且能相互符應,可以說明,台灣學生學習成效指引之描述已具一定的完備性,並且已具備在未來實施之高度的可行性。然而,仍有少部分描述的要素可以在未來的學生學習成效中進行補充與調整。
英文摘要 Student learning outcome has become one of the most critical indicators for evaluating the quality of all stages of education. Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT) has conducted three stages of studies on drafting the HEEACT Index of Student Learning Outcome for higher education. In 2020, HEEACT has completed the draft of HEEACT Index of Student Learning Outcome for the bachelor’s degree level. This study aims to examine the feasibility of the draft index and its correspondence with the current learning outcome descriptors of Taiwanese bachelor’s degrees and the standards of other quality assurance (QA) systems for degree programs. This study first explored the development of learning outcome descriptors around the world through a literature review. This study then compared the descriptors of professional QA standards (the IEET EAC) and descriptors of 14 engineering programs in Taiwan. This research indicates that the draft index corresponds with the currently used learning outcome descriptors of the 14 engineering programs and the QA standards. However, some more elements which are commonly used among the programs may need to be added to the draft index.
