中文摘要 近20年来,人文学科的日渐衰微时常成为学界乃至社会聚焦的议题,但是历史底蕴深厚的人文学科依然有其不可替代的价值。通过考察美国高校人文学科的专业设置、专业布点、学生就读情况等资料数据,了解美国人文学科的总体现状。基于21世纪以来美国国家教育统计中心发布的三个版本(2000年、2010年、2020年)的学科专业目录,观察其演进趋势并总结其主要特征。在对哈佛大学尝试重振人文学科专业的案例进行梳理后,提出保持内核框架稳定、坚守专业价值,主动适应外部环境、创新学科交叉,对接人力资源市场、助力学生发展,科学定位主体责任、推进综合优化的策略。
英文摘要 In the past 20 years, the gradual decline of the humanities often becomes the focus of the academic circles and even the society, but the humanities with profound historical heritage still have their irreplaceable values. This paper investigates the specialty setting, specialty distribution and students' attendance of Humanities in American universities to understand the overall situation, and observes its evolution trend and summarizes the main characteristics based on the Classification of Instructional Programs of three versions (2000, 2010 and 2020) released by National Center for Education Statistics since the 21st century. After combing the cases of Harvard University's attempt to revitalize the humanities, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of maintaining the stability of the core framework, adhering to the professional value, actively adapting to the external environment, innovating the intersection of disciplines, docking with the human resources market, helping students' development, scientifically positioning the main responsibility and promoting comprehensive optimization.
