中文摘要 本實驗以固態反應法(Slid-state Reaction Method)來合成Zn₂SiO₄摻雜Eu₂O₃螢光粉,改變Eu₂O₃摻雜濃度(分別是0.01-0.04 mol)與燒結溫度(1000-1300 ℃)來比較其螢光特性。利用X光繞射儀(X-Ray Diffraction,XRD)、場效發射型掃描式電子顯微鏡(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope,FE-SEM)、螢光光譜儀(Photoluminescence,PL)進行Zn₂SiO₄:Eu螢光粉之晶體結構、發光效率及相關特性之分析。由分析結果得知,Zn₂SiO₄:Eu螢光粉放射出強烈的紅色光,放光機制對應於Eu離子的⁵D0 → ⁷F2躍遷。此結果將使得Zn₂SiO₄:Eu可做為紅光螢光粉並應用於W-LED的製作。
英文摘要 In this study, the Eu₂O₃ doped Zn₂SiO₄ phosphors were synthesis by using the solid-state reaction method. The micro-structural, crystal structure and luminescent properties of the Zn₂SiO₄:Eu phosphors were investigated with field emission scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction patterns, and photoluminescence spectroscopy analysis. All of XRD results showed that only the Zn₂SiO₄ phase were observable. The Zn₂SiO₄:Eu phosphors exhibits strong red emission corresponding to the ⁵D0 → ⁷F2 transition of the Eu ion.
