中文摘要 教师在日常工作情境中需要通过情感劳动完成多种复杂的工作要求,因此面临着高度情感卷入和情感消耗的困境。通过对十三位女性教师开展质性研究发现,面对各类高情感消耗的工作情境,女性教师会积极整合自身的各类资源,将母亲身份和母职经验转化为工作实践中重要的社会资本和文化资本,并通过“好妈妈”这一符号资本的形式发挥作用。对于女性教师而言,“好妈妈”的身份和经验作为符号资本可以帮助她们更快获得学生的情感支持、家长的行动配合和同事的心理认同,从而降低教育教学实践中情感劳动的难度和强度,并因此成为了女性教师独特的情感劳动策略。
英文摘要 Teachers need to complete a variety of complex work requirements through emotional work in their daily work, which put them in a predicament of high emotional involvement and emotional consumption. Through the qualitative study of 13 female teachers, it is found that in the face of all kinds of work situations with high emotional consumption, female teachers will actively integrate motherhood experience into their work practice, functioning effectively in the form of "I am a good mother" symbolic capital. For female teachers, the symbolic capital of "I am a good mother" can help them obtain emotional support of students, action cooperation of parents and ability recognition from colleagues more quickly, which can reduce the difficulty and intensity of emotional work in teaching practice. Therefore, it has become a unique emotional work strategy for female teachers.
