中文摘要 隨著時代變遷所衍生的各種教育問題愈來愈多,也愈來愈複雜,這些問題有待校長智慧地予以處理。因此,校長必須是一位不間斷的學習者,從學習中進行專業成長,進而提升學校教育品質。本文即基於此觀點,從「國內中小學校長專業發展的推動狀況、美英中小學校長專業發展的情況、學校現場中的校長學習」進行分析,進而提出一個包含初任校長與非初任校長的專業發展系統,此系統的個別支持方案有校長教練、師傅校長及到校輔導與專業諮詢,共同的專業發展實施方式則包括「專業成長研習」、「增能工作坊」、「多元參訪」、「校務經營夥伴」、「專業社群」、「法律、營繕、採購與會計之諮詢與支持」等項目。希望藉由此校長專業發展系統的提出,能增能中小學校長之校務治理能力,進而提升學校的教育品質。
英文摘要 With the changes of The Times, there are more and more complicated educational problems, which need to be dealt with by the principal’s wisdom. Therefore, the principal must be a continuous learner who can grow professionally from learning and improve the quality of school education. This article is based on the aspect, from “The driving conditions of professional development of primary and secondary school principals in Taiwan, United States, and Britain, The principal learns on site at the school” is analyzed, and then puts forward a professional development system that includes the beginning principals and the experienced principals. The individual support programs of the system include principal coach, master principal and in-school guidance and professional consultation. As for professional development implementation of the common way, including “Professional Development Study”, “Workshop on Empowerment”, “Multi-visit”, “Partners of school operation”, “Professional Community” and “The Consultation and support of Law, Construction and Maintenance, Procurement and Accounting”. It is hoped that the professional development system of the principal can empower the school management ability of the principal, and then improve the quality of school education.
