中文摘要 瓦尔基基金会评选的“全球教师”能够为我国建设服务于“一带一路”教育和教育对外开放战略的高质量教师队伍提供参照。为了挖掘优秀全球教师的基本特质,以2015-2020年间60位最优秀的“全球教师奖”候选人为研究对象,采用扎根理论和Nvico12进行自下而上的编码分析。结果发现,优秀的“全球教师”具有广泛的全球视野、注重培养学生的21世纪技能、关注人类共同面临的全球性问题、重视教育教学创新。据此,为了更好实施“一带一路”教育和教育对外开放战略,应当培养教师的全球意识和全球视角,发展教师创新数字教育的视野与能力,提升教师培养学生21世纪技能的素养。
英文摘要 The “Global Teacher” selected by the Varkey Foundation can serve as a reference for the construction of high-quality teachers who serve the u0ne Belt and One Road” education and the strategy of opening up education in China. In this paper, 60 outstanding candidates for the Global Teacher Award from 2015 to 2020 were selected as the research objects, and their data were encoded from the bottom up using grounded theory and NVivol2, in order to explore the basic characteristics of outstanding global teachers. The results show that excellent “global teachers” have a broad global perspective, focus on developing students’ 21st century skills,pay attention to the global problems facing mankind,and attach importance to innovation in education and teaching. Therefore, in order to better implement the strategy of “One Belt and One Road” education and education opening to the outside world, it is nec-esary to cultivate teachers’ global consciousness and perspective, develop teachers’ vision and ability of innovative digital education,ad improve teachers’ quality of cultivating students’ skills in the 21st century.
