中文摘要 學校是一個「生命影響生命」的重要舞台,可見真正成功的校長應是一位具有溫度,能同理師生處境並予其支持的校長。本文旨在探討校長同理心領導相關概念、研究及其啟示。首先探討校長同理心領導相關概念,再者分析其相關實證研究,最後提出校長同理心領導實務推展與未來研究之相關建議,分別為:一、審視校長培育歷程,融入同理心領導知能;二、發展同理心領導實踐策略,協助校長學習成長;三、促進校長與學校成員的正向關係,培養同理心的文化;四、提升校長心理韌性,降低同理心領導風險;五、善用合適研究方法,探討校長同理心領導實務。
英文摘要 School is an important stage where “lives influence lives”. It’s clear that a truly successful principal should be one who has warmth, compassion for the situations of teachers and students, and provides them with support. Therefore, this article aims to explore the relevant concept and research of principal compassionate leadership and its implications. First, this paper elaborates the concept of principal compassionate leadership, then analyzes its relevant empirical research, and finally provides some implications for implementation and future research of principal compassionate leadership in Taiwan, including: (1) Reviewing the training process of principals and integrating compassionate leadership skills; (2) Developing compassionate leadership practices to facilitate principal learning and growth; (3) Promoting positive relationships between principals and school members to foster a culture of compassion; (4) Enhancing principals’ psychological resilience to mitigate risks associated with compassionate leadership; (5) Making good use of appropriate research methods to explore principals’ compassionate leadership practices.
