中文摘要 本研究旨在透過行動研究,探討成人太極拳課程創新教學的成效與啟發。依據 Keller 所提出的ARCS學習動機理論,研究者針對臺北市某太極拳課程26位學員,以規劃─行動─評鑑─反思─再規劃等流程,循環設計課程,透過學員回饋單、教學日誌等方式,於12堂課中逐堂調整課程設計,並於第6堂課與第12堂課結束時實施課程滿意度調查,在全部課程結束後選取8名參與者進行半結構訪談,以瞭解參與者在行動研究過程中的真實感受。研究結果發現:一、教學過程即創新歷程,以學習者為中心;二、中高齡太極拳課程適合以健康為定位,可試著在教學歷程中融入許多以健康為元素的教材與教法;三、建構一個教與學無障礙的互動環境有助於師生共創學習價值;四、影片觀摩的教學方式及助教面對面的指導能增進太極拳的學習效果。最後,本研究針對現行太極拳課程提出反思,以供成人太極拳教學設計之參考。
英文摘要 This study aims to discuss the effectiveness and implication of an innovative Taichi curriculum for adults by using action research. Based on the action research process and the ARCS theory proposed by Keller, the researchers designed a Taichi course for 26 adult students in Taipei. By using the process of planning-implementing-evaluating-reflecting-replanning, the researchers adjusted the curriculum design in the 12 lessons according to the student feedback form, teaching log, questionnaire, interview, etc. At the end of the 6th and 12th classes, the course satisfaction survey was conducted. After the completion of the course, 8 participants were selected for semistructured interviews to understand the participants’ real feelings during the action research process. The research findings indicate that: Firstly, the teaching process is a student-centered innovation process. Secondly, an adult Taichi course is suitable for health orientation, so incorporating some healthoriented teaching materials and methods into the teaching process will be helpful. Thirdly, establishing a barrier-free environment for interacting teaching and learning may create a new value for both learning and teaching. Fourthly, learning by watching films and and the face-to-face guidance by teaching assistants can enhance the learning effect of the Taichi course. This study also proposed some implications for reflecting on established curriculum design of adults’ Taichi learning.
