中文摘要 臺灣將於2025年邁入超高齡社會,對政治、經濟、文化、教育各方面皆產生相當大衝擊;而大學肩負人才培育及社會責任雙重使命,且面對生源減少的競爭危機,如何因應超高齡社會所需,盡早研訂相關對策及採取積極作為,實為值得關注的重要議題。本文旨在以人才培育與社會責任觀點,探析大學推動青銀代間學習,首先探究青銀代間學習之意涵,包含青銀共學、共生、共居與共創;其次分析大學運用青銀代間學習,在高齡學習者、銀髮產業人力、各級教育師資及高齡友善社會四方面的人才培育;接著說明青銀代間學習在大學社會責任之應用實務;最後歸納推動青銀代間學習在青年、長者、大學與社區之效益。
英文摘要 Taiwan will become a super-aged society in 2025, which will have a great impact on politics, economy, culture and education. It is an important issue for universities to develop measures and take active measures to meet the needs of the super-aged society in the face of the competitive crisis of decreasing enrollment, which is the dual mission of talent cultivation and social responsibility. This paper aims to explore the promotion of intergenerational learning by universities from the perspective of talent cultivation and social responsibility. Firstly, it explore the meaning of intergenerational learning, including co-learning, symbiosis, co-habitation and co-creation. Secondly, it analyzes the application of intergenerational learning in universities to cultivate talents in four aspects: elderly learners, elderly industrial manpower, teachers at all levels of education and elderly friendly society. Then it illustrates the practical application of intergenerational learning in university social responsibility. Finally, the benefits of promoting intergenerational learning in youth, the elderly, universities and communities are proposed.
