家庭教育事关社会、民族和国家的未来，家庭教育指导服务体系的构建是健全新时代基本公共服务体系的必然趋势，也是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。新时代我国家庭教育指导服务体系的构建，须与当前的经济社会发展水平和我国所处的发展阶段相适应，以满足家长日益增长的家庭教育指导服务需求。该文通过梳理新时代家庭教育指导服务体系的内涵和现状，系统地分析了新时代家庭教育指导服务体系应具有以儿童青少年为中心，尊重儿童青少年身心发展特点和教育规律、时代性与前瞻性相统一、政策性与科学性相统一、普惠性与精准性相统一、规范性与实用性相统一等五个基本特征，并在此基础上提出了针对性的构建策略。

Family education is related to the future of society, nation and country. The construction of family education guidance service system is an inevitable trend to improve the basic public service system in the new era, and it is also an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacities. In the new era, the construction of family education guidance service system in our country must be adapted to the current economic and social development level and the development stage of our country to meet the growing needs of parents and children for family education guidance services. By combing the connotation and current situation of the family education guidance service system in the new era, the article systematically analyzes the basic characteristics of the family education guidance service system，including focusing on children and adolescents, respecting the characteristics of the physical and mental development and the laws of education of children and adolescents, the unity of timeliness and foresight, policy and science, inclusiveness and precision, standardization and practicality in the new era and proposes targeted construction strategies.
