中文摘要 沉默作为一种非语言行为,虽无声却能表达深层次意义。教师沉默是以教师为主体,在教育教学情境中所呈现出来的无声且无固定语义的非语言行为。教师沉默在其积极意义上能够弥补运用语言进行教学的不足、促成学生的有效学习,同时深化师生间的交往。教师应当利用自身的教育智慧将沉默融于教育教学之中,以“理解的沉默”走向师生情感的深化,并在“自省的沉默”中反思教育教学实践。
英文摘要 As a non-verbal behavior, silence can convey deep meanings though it is soundless. Teacher’s silence is a silent non-verbal behavior, with no fixed meaning, with teachers being the main subject, in the context of educational teaching. Positively speaking, it can make up for the insufficiency of teaching with speech, promote students’ effective learning, and deepen the interaction between teachers and students. Teachers should apply silence to their teaching process with the help of their own educational wisdom so that “silence with the function of understanding” may facilitate the communication between teachers and students, and “silence with the function of introspection” may boost teachers’ reflection on their own teaching practice.
