中文摘要 师范生培养质量监测之于高质量教师培养的意义重大。放眼全球,英格兰的师范生培养质量监测可圈可点。首先,本文分析了英格兰师范生培养质量监测的两条路径:师范生培养督导和发布年度《师范生培养绩效概述》。随后,提炼出英格兰师范生培养质量监测的三个特征:以专业标准为参照、以统计数据为支撑和以学习效果为落脚点。最后,提出对我国开展师范生培养质量监测的三点启示。
英文摘要 It is particularly critical to monitor the quality of Initial teacher education (ITE) to train high - quality teachers. Throughout the world, the quality monitoring of ITE in England has made considerable achievements. This paper analyzes the two approaches that have been practised in England in terms of quality monitoring of ITE: initial teacher education inspection and publishing yearly initial teacher education performance profiles reports. It then summarizes the three characteristics of the quality monitoring of ITE in England: taking professional standards as references, supporting by official statistics and regarding students’ learning outcomes as standing points. Finally, it proposes three implications for China about how to improve the quality monitoring of ITE.
