英文摘要 In the era of globalization, the global mobility of college students has an important impact on the politics, economy and higher education of international student receiving countries. As the main receiving country of international students in the world, Britain's high-quality higher education reputation attracts students from all over the world. Under the influence of the new liberalism ideology, the concept of international education service trade and the financial allocation system of higher education, Britain gradually charges high tuition fees to international students. The change of international student tuition fees in British institutions of higher learning presents new characteristics and influences the source structure, quantity and quality of international students, which may lead to curriculum adjustment and teacher loss. The changes in the tuition fees for international students in British colleges and universities have led to the discussion on the market orientation of international higher education and the fair educational rights and interests of international students in British society. In addition, specific reform practices have been carried out, such as linking the tuition fees of international students with the quality of international education in colleges and universities, and balancing the pressure of international student tuition fees in the form of scholarships.
